Story

You awake from cryofreeze to a bang followed by a cacophony of alarms throughout your shuttle. You jolt to your nearby porthole just in time to witness the remnants of a meteor rapidly drifting out of view. Your spaceship spirals beyond comprehension until eventually, a foreign planet makes itself seen.

Fortunately, the asteroid seems to have knocked your shuttle right into an orbital trajectory thereby sparing your station the fate of plummeting into the earth beneath you. Unfortunately, it seems that the first meteor was a warning of what was to follow...

Gameplay

During the storm, control your ship to protect your satellite from stray meteors:

- [A] and [D] to rotate spaceship

- [W] and [S] or [Shift] and [Control] to thrust forward and backward -- but remember to rest on the planet to recharge your limited boost.

- [Spacebar] to activate your ship's temporary shield, allowing you to knock meteors without affecting your path.

In between storms, navigate your ship into the rear dock of the satellite to manufacture meteor fragments into ship upgrades and repairs (not functional).

See how long you can protect your satellite -- enough damage from meteors and it's Game Over.

Known Issues

For some reason my web export experienced unique issues:

- CPUParticles are not working on some (AMD?) hosts, so spaceship does not have thrust particles :(

- Audio volume/attenuation adjustments were not applying, so I had to remove explosion sound effects from meteors that otherwise were too overwhelming.
